Simply a wonderful climb
The number of cyclists who have climbed mt. Taygetus has fallen in love with this route. It is a climb that has everything, from steep parts in the beginning and false flat segments on its plateu, to quiet roads under the shade and running waters. The views of the switchbacks we leave behind and the one from Kalamata bay, as we descend, will make our day marvelous!

08.00 – Begin Cycling
Cycling 88km / 2200m A stunning climb on the mountain Taygetus. Segments with a great variety in inclines and sceneries. Verdant passes and cycling in the Alpine zone of the mountain make this one, probably the most enjoyable climb in Greece.
17.00 – 18.00 – Lunch in Kalamata
After the ride is over, we have arranged for you to enjoy a nice lunch meal at a local taverna in Kalamata. The meal is for cyclists, which no one will be hungry after that.

21.30 – Arrival in Athens
